Helpers

Player helpers are players like yourself who are experienced with the game. They can answer questions about the game world and how to play the game. They may tell you when a question should be directed to the staff through the request tool.

Please try to help them by being polite and concise. Remember and appreciate that they, like the game staff, are volunteers. Note that they do not speak officially for the staff of the game.

There are several ways to get help through our Discord.

Help Channel

You can get answers to many kinds of questions from our helpers and other players by asking them in the help channel of our Discord server.

Anonymous Questions

If you wish to ask a question anonymously, you can do so through the Tektolnes bot on our server. DM'ing Tektolnes !ask followed by your question will have the bot post it anonymously in the help channel. DM'ing Tektolnes with:

!ask Where do I buy weapons?

Would post 'Where do I buy weapons?' into the help channel.

Helperchats

If you have a question that you don't want the rest of the community seeing even anonymously, you can chat directly with our helpers through helperchats. To open a helper chat, DM Tekolnes !helperchat <topic/question>. When the helper chat is open, what you DM to Tektolnes will be anonymously sent to helpers, and they will be able to respond to you. You can end the chat by DM'ing !end
